Q: What photo works best? Can you help me pick?

A: A forward-facing photo works best. I’ll be sure to let you know if the photo you selected will not work well, prior to printing. You can also email me a handful and I can help you decide!

Q: I have more than two fur babies at home!

A: Happy to provide a discounted price for three or more pets! Send me an email or a DM!

Q: I can’t decide what paper colors I want!

A: Heard. I can create a palette of cool, warm, bright, or neutral colors you’re sure to love!

Q: I’d like my order’s donation to go to the shelter I adopted my pet from!

A: Love that, let’s do it! Always open to your preference and happy to provide suggestions as well.

Q: How long will it take to receive my portrait?

A: 1-2 weeks on average, longer in the lead up to Christmas or if you’ve placed an order in-person at a market. Once you’ve emailed me the photo you’d like to use, I work pretty fast. If you’re up against a gifting deadline, let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate!
